Our sublimation printing is extremely environmentally friendly as it is based on water-based inks instead of solvents. The textile is printed directly and heat-fixed in an XXL calender at 185° degrees. This method provides vivid colors and clear borders. The finished product is colorful, smudge-proof and UV-resistant. The prints are odorless and can be folded easily, making them easy to transport.
Thanks to our flexible inks and hybrid technology, we produce single and serial prints in the highest resolution and photo quality. We handle large volumes quickly and offer reliable production reliability. Our CNC machine cuts your motifs precisely and cost-effectively, whether rectangular or according to individual shapes, from plates up to 20 mm thick or from a roll. We integrate rounded corners, holes and even create puzzle patterns according to your wishes.
UV printing is ideal for large textile prints. Here, the paints dry by UV light and thus stick to the surface. The prints are UV-resistant and should usually be rolled up. For tarpaulins, there are incident lighting, and blockout applications, perfect for scaffolding, light boxes and more. Mesh is used when air permeability or transparency is required.
A wide variety of materials such as PVC tarpaulins, stickers, wallpaper, fabrics, textiles and various types of paper can be produced using the latex printing process. Special water-based latex inks are used, which do not contain any harmful solvents. The print releases only minimal volatile substances. The colors are odorless, as is the finished print.
Our XXL laser cutting system (5 x 11 meters) guarantees precise cuts for textiles. The integrated laser cuts motifs in perfect harmony and welds the fibers at the edges to prevent dissolutions.
Your plate prints are cut or milled with millimetre precision by the camera-controlled Aristo HighSpeedCutter. Maximum panel width: 2 meters, thickness: up to 40 mm. Our 2 x 3 meter milling table also processes longer plates.
The vacuum tables act as conveyor belts so that products such as stickers, magnetic films, posters, displays, etc. can be cost-effectively cut into series directly from the roll. We mill acrylic glass pictures, acrylic letters, hard foam and aluminum composite boards, wooden panels, vinyl stickers (with/without contour cut), magnetic and ferrous films, transparent films (with white printing for shop windows).
